Teri Hatcher

Teri HatcherTeri Lynn Hatcher was born on December 8 1964 in Palo Alto, California. Esther Hatcher her mother, who was a Lockheed Martin computer programmer. Owen Hatcher her father, was an electrician and nuclear physicist. Teri was born in Sunnyvale and was a ballet student at the San Juan School of Dance. Fremont High School was where she was the Featherettes' dance captain and was recognized with the "Most likely to be a Solid Gold Dancer" award. Hatcher, who graduated in math and engineering from De Anza College after which she studied acting in San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri acknowledged that her uncle Richard Hayes Stone abused her sexually starting at age five. She helped Santa Clara County prosecutor with their case against Stone. Stone was responsible for the suicide of a 14 year old victim. Stone was sentenced in prison after pleading guilty to four counts of molestation and then he died from colon cancer while in prison.
